The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Product Manager and platform Administrator for our AI Marketplace. You will own the Marketplace outcomes by aligning user needs and business goals, prioritizing objectives, and coordinating with teams to deliver valuable, usable, and viable solutions. Own and prioritize the product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs. Lead launch readiness and post-launch iteration based on customer feedback and metrics. Improve marketplace quality based on user needs and feedback. Manage day-to-day platform administration: supplier onboarding, catalog/taxonomy updates, user roles, and content moderation. Oversee trust and safety operations: milestone setup, escrow/payment policies, disputes, and ratings governance. Partner with engineering, data, design, and ops to deliver outcomes. Provide clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
